Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions dealerships ask most about SwiftGraphix — from QR codes and windshield graphics to analytics and getting started.

How do QR codes work for car dealerships?

Each vehicle on your lot gets a unique QR code tied to its VIN. When a shopper scans it with their phone camera, they're taken to a page with vehicle details — photos, specs, pricing, or a contact link. At the same time, SwiftGraphix captures the scan as a lead and routes it to the assigned person on your team with VIN, model, and New/Used/CPO context.

There's no app required for shoppers. The QR codes are printed on weatherproof materials and applied alongside your windshield graphics or as standalone stickers. Learn more about QR codes for dealerships.

Can each vehicle have its own QR code?

Yes. SwiftGraphix generates QR codes at the VIN level. Each code maps to a specific vehicle in your inventory. When a unit sells or is removed, the QR code can be retired or reassigned. This means every scan is tied to a real vehicle — not a generic landing page.

What can shoppers see after scanning?

That depends on how your QR workflow is configured. Common options include a vehicle detail page with photos and specs, a direct contact or call link, a promotional landing page, or a VLP (Vehicle Listing Page) if integrated with your website. The destination can be customized per campaign or program type.

Do windshield stickers and QR graphics work together?

Absolutely. The most effective lot setup combines branded windshield graphics — pricing, model callouts, promo tags — with a VIN-level QR code on the same sticker or as a companion piece. The windshield graphic attracts attention and communicates key information; the QR code gives shoppers a next step and gives your team a data point.

Can SwiftGraphix support multi-location dealerships?

Yes. SwiftGraphix is built for single-point stores and multi-rooftop groups alike. Enterprise accounts get centralized template management, group-level analytics, permission-based access for location managers, and consistent branding across every store. Production and fulfillment scale with your group — whether that's 3 rooftops or 30.

Does SwiftGraphix only serve Tennessee dealerships?

No. SwiftGraphix is headquartered near Nashville, Tennessee, and has deep roots in the Tennessee dealer community — serving markets including Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. But the platform and fulfillment infrastructure are designed for national scale. We're actively expanding into new markets including Chicago, with more on the way.

What is scan analytics?

Scan analytics is the data layer built on top of your QR codes. Every time a shopper scans a QR code on your lot, SwiftGraphix records the event — which vehicle was scanned, when, and from what type of device. Aggregated, this data shows you which vehicles attract the most attention, when your lot is most active, and how different programs (New, Used, CPO) compare in engagement.
